Building an outstanding and established reputation is a long process. Such a reputation is achieved only as a result of years of on-time project completions; a dedication to quality craftsmanship in all circumstances; and, a consistently good working relationship with clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers. Summit Construction is proud of it’s outstanding reputation, a reputation that has been established from thirty three years of experience in the construction industry.
Summit Construction was formed to carry on a tradition of quality. In 1975, employees of the highly successful George A. Rutherford Construction Company formed Summit Construction. The President of Summit Construction, Tony Thomas, rose through the ranks of Rutherford Construction – advancing from apprentice carpenter to job superintendent. Under the leadership of Tony Thomas, Summit Construction has remained dedicated to the ideals of quality set forth by Rutherford Construction Company and has established a reputation in its own right for craftsmanship, construction excellence and timely project completion.
Ingenuity: Perspectives in Problem-Solving
Some projects present special problems that must be solved by the contractor even before a shovelful of dirt is moved. The Summit team has faced many unique problems over the years. All of them have been solved with engineering ingenuity.
It is ingenuity that is the deciding factor in determining the successful outcome of a difficult or visionary project.
